REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ASPHALT PARKING LOT MAINTENANCE

 

OHA is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed Contractor to provide Parking Lot repair and maintenance to include asphalt repair, replacement, seal coating and striping of parking lots and driveways at OHA sites as outlined in this specification.  The contractor shall furnish all personnel, parts, materials, equipment, tools and services in conformance with the specifications. Services shall be provided by qualified and trained service personnel.  The contractor shall also repair or replace asphalt as requested by the OHA representative.  All labor, travel cost and equipment cost for additional services shall be billed according to rates quoted in the contractors proposals and as authorized via OHA issued Task Orders

 

Proposal packets will be available on July 13, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at OHA Central Offices located at 540 south 27^th street  - Omaha, NE 68105

 

A pre-bid conference will be on  July 20, 2010 at 10:00a.m. at the Omaha Housing Authority – Central Office Located at 540 South 27th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 

 

Deadline for all proposals is August 12, 2010 at 2:00p.m. to the Omaha Housing Authority – Central Office Located at 540 South 27th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 

 

All sealed bids must be marked “Asphalt Parking Lot Maintenance.”
