Online Bidding System:

Omaha Housing Authority is pleased to announce the use of a new online bidding system for the procurement of goods and services. All firms interested in viewing OHA’s Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Invitation for Bids (IFBs) must register with this new system to receive communications about issued solicitation opportunities. Registration is free and can be completed by visiting: https://ohauthority.ionwave.net/ and click Supplier Registration.

Note: If you are registered with any other agency using the IWT bidding system, you will not be able to use a previous user login. Please create a unique user login during registration.

OHA requires electronic submission of bids through Ion Wave. Visit https://ohauthority.ionwave.net to register, view solicitation documents, ask questions, and submit a bid. Registration is free and easy.

Carefully read and follow all solicitation instructions. Incomplete or late submissions may be disqualified. OHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Proposals will not be accepted after the submission deadline. All deadlines are listed above, or you may refer to the individual solicitation document. OHA encourages all interested firms to attend Pre-Proposals, Pre-Bids, and Bid Opening Conferences.
