All firms interested in viewing OHA’s Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Invitation for Bids (IFBs) must register with this new system to receive communications about issued solicitation opportunities. Invitation for Bid – Snow Removal Services
The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha is seeks bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide snow & ice removal service at multiple sites: The contractor shall be responsible for visiting each site to review the scope of work, including reviewing the grounds layout, to be inclusive of the sidewalks throughout, and note any potential hazards that may affect the plowing services (e.g., parking blocks; curbs; manhole covers; etc.).

Invitation for Bid – Lead Remediation
The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha seeks bids from qualified contractors for a variety of interior and exterior construction at single-family homes at multiple locations in the City of Omaha. The purpose of this work is to address lead hazards identified through XRF and dust wipe testing.
Depending on the location, work may include stabilization and encapsulation of lead-containing materials, complete removal/replacement of lead-containing materials, general renovation work, or a combination of all of these.
