Resident Opportunities & Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program

ROSS connects public housing residents to supportive services, resident empowerment activities and educational opportunities that promote economic self-sufficiency. Unlike FSS, this program does not require a Contract of Participation, nor is it tied to an escrow savings account.

Residents will work with their assigned coordinator to develop individual work plans related to employment, education and other long- and short-term goals.
