If you are a current owner wishing to request a rent increase, and need guidance on the process and timing for making such a request, kindly refer to the Rent Increase Information and Request Form. After November 1, 2024, we will no longer accept the old rent increase request form. Please ensure your team is using this form. Completed forms can be submitted to rentincrease@ohauthority.org.
