Houses/Duplexes

Single family homes and duplexes are located in all areas of the city. These property locations are available to those families qualify for the Working/Elderly/Disabled Preference*. Utilities are not included and in most cases the resident is responsible for yard care or other upkeep related to living in a single-family home.

* Working/Elderly/Disabled Preference: a family where the head of household/cohead is employed at least 28 hours a week during the prior six months. This also includes families where the head of household/cohead is age 62 or older or is a person with disabilities.
