OHA’s Senior and Disabled Services Coordinator provides supportive and referral services designed to assist OHA’s elderly and disabled resident population age independently and in-place, with a focus on wellness and community engagement.
Coordinators connect with community partners and residents to provide social activities and other opportunities for engagement and outreach.

Charles Drew Health Center, Inc.
Charles Drew Health Center, Inc. (CDHC) has provided needed healthcare to families in Omaha, Nebraska since 1983. Over the years, the number of insured and uninsured patients served has steadily grown. In partnership with the Omaha Housing Authority, CDCH operates and provides on-site and services to residents at the following locations:
- Evans Tower
- Jackson Tower
- Florence Tower
- Crown Tower
Eligibility
All senior and disabled residents are eligible for programs and assistance through the Public Housing Senior/Disabled Services Program.
