Proposed Changes Open For Comment
When the Omaha Housing Authority proposes changes to documents, forms, schedules, and/or rules, electronic copies will be provided here. In some instances, OHA may be required to give tenants notice of the proposed revisions, and the opportunity to comment on changes. Input on these changes is valued and we look forward to receiving your comments.

OHA is currently modifying:
- Public Housing Lease
- OHA’s Maintenance Charges (Schedule of Charges)
- Rules of Occupancy
The comment period for these revisions ended on April 21, 2023.
After proposed changes have been incorporated into the lease and approved by the board, each family will be notified at least 60 days in advance of the effective date of the new lease. This notice is anticipated to be issued in June of 2023.
