Each Omaha Housing Authority property has a resident association representing the community’s individuals and families.
Upon election as President of an Association, the President then becomes a member of the Central Advisory Council. The President keeps the CAC Board fully advised of the affairs and condition of the RA Board and will be the contact person to receive information from fellow residents, communicating any issues or concerns to the Omaha Housing Authority.
