OHA serves the community by providing approximately 2,760 public housing homes for qualified, low income families, persons with disabilities, and seniors with a fixed income. Several different housing options are available including Public Housing (income based rent) and Affordable Housing (low cost rent). Housing types vary including apartments, town homes, duplexes, and single-family houses.
